Over the last decade I’ve been a data analyst, operations leader, a consultant, and a startup founder. I founded Conserv in 2018 and led the company from zero to one. I’m proud of the brand we built at Conserv – $1.3M ARR, 135% NRR. Before Conserv I specialized in Microsoft analytics (Excel, Power BI) and helped scale a data/analytics consulting company, P3 Adaptive, that’s doing 8 figures in annual revenue. Before all that I was “the spreadsheet guy” at a bank and then a private equity group. That’s me over the last decade, plus getting married and having two great kids.

AI has been on my mind daily for the last two years. The ChatGPT launch and subsequent AI acceleration unlocked a creative energy in me that I haven’t felt before. Based on what I’ve seen, my preference is to work on hard/valuable problems around artificial intelligence in or around startups. So much work will be reimagined in the next decade but progress in AI isn’t without significant risks.

Today I’m doing consulting work, and I’m also looking to join a team working on bringing advanced AI into the world respsonbily. I have experience across most major business functions, and I’m flexible when it comes to my role. I live in Birmingham, AL and I’m open to lots of travel and to relocation for the right role.
